Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Ziya Foundation. This policy explains our position on donation refunds and cancellations.

1. Nature of Donations

Donations made to Ziya Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable work and are generally non-refundable, as funds are promptly allocated to our programs.

2. Refunds for Erroneous Transactions

If you have made a donation in error (for example, a duplicate transaction, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through our payment gateway (Razorpay). The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellation

Since donations are one-time voluntary contributions, there is no subscription to cancel unless you have explicitly enrolled in a recurring donation, which you may cancel anytime by contacting us.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@ziyafoundation.com with your name, donation amount, date of transaction, and payment/reference ID. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
